 Emo comes in 3 falvors so far historically ever.

LACE KNIT GOTHICA or stoner.

Nerdy or skater or new school emo.

And lastly traditional or core or original

Emo is black and red and neons and blacks as hard core sheek lines, hardish feelings presented representations of mental unwelnes like boldness in patern or sketched out things, and skull romantic and death and harlqeuin imagaery. Its electic things mutliazted things and images of self sacrifice. It kind of is usually a shirt and accessories and skinny baggy dark or thrill jeans in its original makings as always worn with an equivalent of gloves for teh culture. Brown, and orange, and yellow are not common but are allowed. Jeans should be nicely tucked, extremely transparent to the piece or bold against it, or lastly skinny and or ripped. If jeans arent available leggings or skirts exclusively. Beanies are worn, and so are baseball caps but usually with neon or bandings athestics since pointed is apart of emo. There is not one emo haircut theirs just preferred hari lengths and styles, and that one iconic haircut people know about. Smoking and self harm are degress of emo and symbols of those things are patterned into it. Thats it. Tshirts are soft cotteon or silk or monroe and davis leinene that is cut in a torso shape with cufs or sewn parts at teh end with a print or symbol on them, its genre is emocore.

SkTAER EMO

Skater emo is aehstics without color boundaries but mainly green, blue, and red. All emo has exceptions or highlights to or towards red. Its knit things, and again fingerless gloves, shorter haircuts then the stylesizations of emo old, and has knit patterns on it. If people get on each other for posing unrionically they arent really emo their either scene goth or grunge, or a prep who tries to hard at it but polices others and thats not the style or wearers of it in any version.  Its genre is gamgar and poppunk. Some examples of skater emo are as a style. Cider. Some but little torrid. Damsenindistress and gothicamarket or ghoticshopis. 

White lace and tunics that are purple or grey are always technically emo. Its just how you pair the bottom of them aand it has to be sporty if its female. In all branches except core unless with arm warmers or a crop top.

Emo is about clothing shape and those shapes in how their paired together under different flavorings as 7 variants infinatnly changing for forever.

Emo has triangel shapes with slanted lines and sometimes circle and often eyes. It had square shapes dressed to be layered, or tied or tucked in. Its all about shape. If it doesnt have that. Its not emo. Yes this means barbie is emo its just until their black and red available on a doll so we cans ee we cant say that as of now.

Its almost always converse boots or sneakers. Its usually all made with women like fabric because not many people know this girl clothes in the united states of america are dainty. Male clothes in the united states of america are shell, steek, or sturdy which just means less soft and gentle but still clearly emulating or trying to be it. If you just cant see this version as emo. What ill tell you is that it most certainly is. It just needs to be envisioned together like on a doll maker with stripes or arm warmers or a vest and or with a skull necklace and in red and black or your color pallete for your version. As of writing johnie guilbert is the epitome of goth as almost emo. He dreams to be emo someday and dressed that way a little bit on occasion in highschool i know him as euginaas johny in the spirit world. So yeah eguina coonie is emo. Adam snowflake is emo. Jordan cohen is not emo as of writing but was in highschool as this version of it and as goth. And i am emo and we are the last two emos eguine and i as well as our friend morgan hoffman or melody swan who has become emo and eventually did start using his face on youtube as its rael one. Hes just a collab channel you see.  So yeah plaid is emo! i t just has to be in certain color flavors or variants, and diagonal. Here are me emo compialtiions. These are the two current branches but we discovered indie is extremely emo so were working on it. Each branch of emo is ascribed to a deity. Emo is ascribed to jesus as pocahontas and himself. So thats my version of emo. Its about clothes shape the history of those clothes as sadness cool things or death. And otehrse. But this is acrians lcokets version of emo.

The history of stripes is that they were used as charms and insane holders to cut people away from love to silence them to make them feel better. If you wear stripes you dont usually think this but paired with other items like that? Thats reminding in good ways. So emo has stripes and razeers which is used for castration circumstiion surgeries painfully thinning things out and cutting yourself open out of sadness for desrerving to suffer. Tshirts started as currency to shame others so emo has tshirts. Vests were idols as sad pain. And sweaters and knit and vs wer kind of used that way. So everything in emo is a sacrifice based on a human who died. So its really just about shapes my good bithc. Its what pochuatnus wanted so much so she got a king EEMO named after her as EMO which means pochatunsu but a boy now and EHMO was their third as bros as their cat that ebcomes human. So great guys. Then just kind of, um make those sad things with your mouth and stretch it out or hmm or just go for longer and add things as creative to make it sing as songs. And you combine them in thats music. Its just emo is from pain as those things while others like pop are from laughter, and sex. And country is from diseases which can be a form of this just not this its more cowboy.
